Warringah Freeway Upgrade (WFU), Mount St Underpass Excavation

DT Infrastructure, in partnership with CPB Contractors, delivered the Mount Street underpass and celebrated its opening with Transport for NSW on 5 September 2025. The 46.6-metre-long underpass has been built to provide a dedicated access for Cahill Expressway motorists travelling to City East, Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Airport. The underpass was constructed by excavating more than 3000 cubic metres of sandstone and rock, brought to life by advanced engineering technology that completed the excavation in just 22 days. Built 'upside down' next to live traffic lanes, the roof of the structure was constructed first, allowing pedestrians to continue using Mount Street without detours during the tunnel excavation. NSW Minister for Roads, the Hon. Jenny Aitchison MP, who opened the underpass said, “The Mount Street underpass is the latest, vital piece of the Warringah Freeway puzzle which will help to make the freeway more reliable and efficient, and an easier and safer road to drive on.” DT Infrastructure is proud to provide infrastructure that supports Sydney's growing population and rising transportation needs.

Road Reconstruction and Landslip Remediation, Dudley

Shotcrete walls and shoring is a critical part of what we do in delivering landslip remediation projects. All this wet weather recently hasn’t made things easy, but that hasn’t dampened the spirits!
